These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bn80 ("bn80", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bn80.io (the "Platform"). bn80 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and create a secure account password. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. bn80 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration data provided by the player.

Each player may hold only one active bn80 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. If bn80 identifies duplicate accounts associated with a single individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account access with any other person, whether for gameplay, account management, or any other purpose.

bn80 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify the bn80 support team immediately at [email protected] and take immediate steps to secure your account by changing your password.

bn80 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or gift your account or any account balance to another person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in permanent closure of all involved accounts.

bn80 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though bn80 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at any time for security or compliance purposes.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to a third party — including family members, friends, or associates — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and credited to your bn80 account balance within seconds of a successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on the processing time of the originating institution. bn80 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

bn80 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bn80's control. You are advised to check with your payment provider before depositing.

All deposited funds are held in accounts separate from bn80's operational funds. Player balances are not used for any corporate purpose and are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

The minimum withdrawal amount on bn80 is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the bn80 payments team within 30 minutes of submission during normal operational hours. bn80 does not charge any platform-side fees on withdrawals. All withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, or to a method otherwise approved by the bn80 compliance team.

Before processing a withdrawal, bn80 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and confirmation of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts held in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bn80 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request it deems unusual, high-value, or potentially suspicious under its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted and a chargeback is subsequently initiated against a deposit on the same account, bn80 may freeze the account and withhold the withdrawal pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bn80 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are void and subject to recovery.
• Colluding with other players, staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or multiplayer formats.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identities, or fictitious personal details to register or deposit on the Platform.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bn80 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. bn80's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bn80 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bn80 collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
